Step 1
Interviewees need to complete an online psychological and personality assessment two weeks ahead.
Step 2
Interviewees and evaluators will enter the assigned virtual meeting room at the same time according to the schedule. The evaluator will play different roles and conduct four one-on-one scenario simulations and case analysis. Afterwards, evaluators will grade, comment and submit behavior analysis reports in the appraisal system based on the leadership requirements and job competencies.
Step 3
A group seminar on career development will be held for all interviewees to deepen their understanding about themselves to have a better planning of their future career. Moreover, a detailed personalised feedback report will be provided for each interviewee with the advice given by the evaluators on their strengths and weaknesses.
Step 4
Interviewees will come up with development plans according to the advice from evaluators. Besides, each interviewee will be paired with a career coach to accelerate his/her growth. Details of the coaching will be recorded on the virtual platform to track the progress.
