这栋极简公寓约320平方米，是由设计师ErezH yatt亲自操刀，利用线条感呈现出典雅、大气的氛围。

This minimalist apartment is about 320 square meters, designed by the designer ErezH yatt himself, using the sense of lines to present an elegant and atmospheric atmosphere.

空间大多以黑白色调相结合，多面的落地窗使得屋内通透有质感，带来了主要光源。深蓝色沙发垫与灰色布艺沙发形成视觉差异，满足视觉需求，打造舒适感。

The space is mostly combined with black and white tones, and the multi-faceted floor-to-ceiling windows make the interior transparent and textured, bringing the main light source. The dark blue sofa cushion and the gray fabric sofa form a visual difference to meet the visual needs and create a sense of comfort.

开放式的客餐厅拓宽了空间整体布局，扩大了公共空间，丰富了整个空间的层次。遵循视觉统一，厨房也是采用高级黑作为主色调，奠定沉稳气息。

The open-style guest restaurant broadens the overall layout of the space, expands the public space, and enriches the level of the entire space. Following the visual unity, the kitchen also adopts high-grade black as the main color to establish a calm atmosphere.

接下来的这间房子是为四口之家所设计，面积约为218平方米。利用纯白的色调贯穿，奠定了极简、轻奢的风格。

The next house is designed for a family of four, with an area of about 218 square meters. The pure white tones are used throughout to establish a minimalist, light and luxurious style.

室内的黑色柜子与黑色餐桌，统一的色彩搭配深入人心。没有过多杂色的搭配，营造轻奢美感。

The black cabinets and black dining tables in the room are well-known for their uniform colors. There is no too much variegated collocation, creating a light and luxurious beauty.

客厅中的视野极佳，能够清晰、敞亮的观看到屋内的整体。落地窗为带来了光感和暖意，增加了空间的可呼吸感。黑色毛绒地毯与灰色布艺沙发视觉上形成对比。

The view in the living room is excellent, and the whole house can be seen clearly and brightly. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring light and warmth, and increase the breathability of the space. The black plush carpet contrasts visually with the gray fabric sofa.

客厨房与餐厅采用开放式结构，黑色大理石的加入增添奢华质感。高脚椅的使用增加了仪式感，凸显了自然的生活美学。

The guest kitchen and dining room adopt an open structure, and the addition of black marble adds a luxurious texture. The use of high chairs increases the sense of ceremony and highlights the natural aesthetics of life.

这栋公寓中的楼梯算是点睛之笔，层层旋转的设计丰盈了空间的层次，黑色的把手搭配混凝土材质地板碰撞出不一样的风格，汇聚了整个空间的活力。

The stairs in this apartment are the finishing touch. The layer-by-layer rotating design enriches the level of the space. The black handles and the concrete floor collide with a different style, which brings together the vitality of the entire space.
