This 281-square-meter high-grade gray residence is designed by designer Erez Hyatt. Designers use refined furniture and clean lines in their designs. The open space, while satisfying the comfortable daily life, also creates the beauty of modern minimalism.

客厅使用开放式设计，用白色和浅灰色作为主要配色，打造简约轻奢的高级质感。黑色的电视墙与温润的米色相搭配形成了色调上的鲜明对比。

The living room uses an open-plan design, using white and light gray as the main colors to create a simple, light, and luxurious high-end texture. The black TV wall is paired with the warm beige to create a sharp contrast in tone.

餐厅位于厨房的旁边，疏密有致的自然纹理搭配上极简的外形，简约而精致。设计简约的灰色大理石餐桌，搭配黑色餐椅，共同打造了高品质的生活空间。

The dining room is located next to the kitchen. The dense and dense natural texture is matched with the minimalist shape, which is simple and refined. The minimalist grey marble dining table and black dining chairs together create a high-quality living space.

卧室没有过多的矫饰，暖灰色的墙壁使得空间显得更加干净纯粹，大面的落地窗保证卧室拥有充足的光线，营造出一种干净整洁的空间氛围。

The bedroom is not too pretentious. The warm gray walls make the space look cleaner and purer. The large floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the bedroom has sufficient light, creating a clean and tidy space atmosphere.
