陈弘先生在上海学习成长，毕业于上海大学酒店管理专业。其在1997年12月加入上海金茂君悦大酒店担任筹备开业人事部副经理，之后于2001年获晋升为人事部经理。2005年获晋升为人力资源部经理。2006年2月，陈弘获委任为上海外滩茂悦大酒店筹备开业人力资源部总监，随后于2020年8月获晋升为酒店行政副经理。近日，陈弘先生被正式任命为上海嘉定凯悦酒店总经理。

Mr. Oliver Chen grew up in Shanghai and studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Shanghai University. Since joining Hyatt in December 1997 as Assistant Personnel Manager for Grand Hyatt Shanghai during its pre-opening period, Oliver progressed to Personnel Manager in 2001, then Human Resources Manager in 2005. Oliver then joined Hyatt on the Bund as Director of Human Resources in a then pre-opening assignment, February 2006, before subsequently advancing to Executive Assistant Manager in August 2020. Recently, Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading has appointed Oliver Chen as General Manager.
