近日， 凯悦酒店集团任命Till Martin先生为凯悦酒店集团区域副总裁，分管北京、天津及河北地区凯悦旗下酒店，并继续担任北京望京凯悦酒店总经理。

Till Martin先生来自德国，拥有丰富的酒店行业从业经验，服务凯悦酒店集团逾25年。他自2016年11月起担任北京望京凯悦酒店总经理，全面负责酒店开业筹备工作，带领团队为酒店带来了全新朝气。酒店于2018年盛大启幕，作为凯悦酒店集团在京第一家核心品牌酒店，令凯悦品牌再度升级。他洞悉中国酒店市场，深谙凯悦殷勤好客之道，这使得他深知来自全球各地高端旅行者的需求，致力将北京望京凯悦酒店打造成一间卓而不凡的酒店。

Till Martin先生的酒店职业生涯始于德国。他于1996年加盟德国科隆凯悦酒店，两年之后担任德国美因茨凯悦酒店餐厅经理一职。随后他来到美国，担任芝加哥柏悦酒店任助理餐厅经理和侍酒师。再次回到德国后，担任柏林君悦酒店餐饮部副总监。2004年重回美因茨凯悦酒店，担任餐饮部总监。2008年至2010年期间，Till Martin先生旅居中东，担任迪拜君悦酒店主管餐饮的行政副经理。自2010年起，开启了他的亚洲之旅，担任首尔君悦酒店主管餐饮的行政副经理。2013年，Till Martin先生将他丰富的经验、卓越的技能以及对凯悦酒店品牌无比的热忱带到中国，担任北京君悦酒店驻店经理。

从德国至美国，辗转中东、韩国，而今在中国首都新兴的望京商业区，Till Martin先生不断挑战种种角色，也使得他无论是在日常运作及高层管理，还是在品牌建设与市场拓展方面，都具有独到的见解与出色的建树。

Hyatt Hotels announced the appointment of Till Martin as Area Vice President of Hyatt Beijing, Hebei and Tianjin meanwhile continues as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing.

Hailing from Germany, Mr. Martin has an illustrious hospitality career and rich experience with Hyatt spanning more than 25 years. Mr. Martin brings a deep understanding of the local market and authentic Hyatt hospitality to his current role as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing since 2016.

Mr. Martin began his career at Hyatt Regency Cologne, Germany, in 1996. His next move took him across Germany to become Restaurant Manager at Hyatt Regency Mainz 1998. He later moved to the United States to assume the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager/Sommelier at Park Hyatt Chicago, before heading back to Germany as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Berlin.

He returned to Hyatt Regency Mainz in 2004 as Director of Food & Beverage, a position he held for four years. Mr. Martin relocated to the Middle East to take up the role of Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Dubai from 2008-2010, and then started his journey in Asia from 2010 at Grand Hyatt Seoul. He moved to China in 2013 to become Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Beijing. In 2016, Mr. Martin advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing.

“My family and I are delighted to continue our journey in Beijing, which we have called our home for nine years,” he says of his new role, “I will continue to lead by example and drive our company’s purpose to care for people so they can be their best.”

狄铭传先生拥有超过20年的海外奢华酒店工作经验，曾在洲际酒店、文华东方酒店和君悦酒店等知名连锁酒店担任不同要职。他先后在芝加哥、伦敦和墨尔本从事酒店工作。在香港长大的他于2008年回到亚洲，开启中国之旅，曾先后就职于上海洲际酒店和香港朗廷酒店。

狄铭传先生曾在英国萨里大学获得酒店管理学士学位，并在皇家墨尔本理工大学获得工商管理硕士学位。

南京金奥费尔蒙酒店任命酒店总经理

Mr. Lam was born and educated in Hong Kong, China. He has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and hotel management experience, covering Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Dongguan and other regions. Mr. Lam has served in a number of hotels under the Hyatt Group. After graduating in 1991, he worked at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Mr. Lam has been deeply involved in food and beverage services and management for 22 years in Hong Kong, then, he transferred to Guangzhou in 2013, with his excellent management experience and remarkable team management ability, gradually grew into an excellent hotel professional manager, and also laid a solid foundation in hotel operation management and commercial development strategy.

深圳柏悦酒店任命酒店经理

朱汝坤先生

朱汝坤先生自2022年8月起晋升为深圳柏悦酒店-酒店经理。朱汝坤先生于1989年首次加入凯悦集团，作为香港君悦酒店筹备团队成员之一，担任该酒店的餐厅副理。1992年，朱汝坤先生离开凯悦集团，先后在香港与内地多家声名卓著的餐饮组织担任要职, 其中包括香港极具盛名的餐饮集团Visions – 旗下运营了多家香港知名餐厅如SEVVA, C’est La B Café and Ms B’s Cakery等，时任该集团总经理一职。

2017年10月3日，朱汝坤先生重新回到凯悦集团，加入深圳柏悦酒店，任运营总监一职至今。作为酒店首位入职的筹备团队成员，朱汝坤先生统筹主控了位于平安金融中心北塔117及118层奢华餐厅傲廬的开业与运营，同时酒店开业后，他在其岗位上一直兢兢业业，不遗余力地发挥其多年的餐饮经营及团队管理经验与能力，有力地协助了总经理制定、实施并推动众多酒店运营策略与行动，带领各运营团队勇闯困境，克服万难，不断开创深圳柏悦酒店运营新思路，从而帮助酒店奠定了扎实的市场声誉基础。在其新职位上，朱汝坤先生将会带领团队再创佳绩！

Mr. Eric Chu, Director of Operations, has been promoted to Hotel Manager, Park Hyatt Shenzhen since August 2022. Eric joined Hyatt Family at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in 1989 during pre-opening as Assistant Outlet Manager. In 1992, Eric left Hyatt and worked in successively more important roles for several renowned catering organizations in Hong Kong and Mainland of China. One of these was Visions – a very highly regarded catering group operating in Hong Kong with famous restaurant brands such as SEVVA, C’est La B Café and Ms B’s Cakery. Eric served as General Manager of this group.

On October 3, 2017, Eric rejoined Hyatt as Director of Operations of Park Hyatt Shenzhen and successfully fulfilled this role, first by opening Altitudes atop the Ping An Financial Centre, and later in supporting the General Manager in the pre-opening and operations of Park Hyatt Shenzhen. In his role, Eric has worked tirelessly and given the team the full benefit of his extensive experience and leadership abilities. Eric has led the operation teams to break through challenges and difficulties to ensure ongoing improvement and the development of a prestige reputation deserving of the Park Hyatt brand.

杭州英冠索菲特酒店任命酒店经理

莫博煜先生

近日，杭州英冠索菲特酒店正式任命莫博煜先生 (Mr. Mohammad Ali Kunhi)担任酒店经理，全面负责酒店日常运营管理工作。与此同时，莫博煜先生荣誉晋升为雅高大中华区餐饮总监，负责雅高大中华区酒店的餐饮运营管理及战略发展。

Recently, Renaissance Shanghai Caohejing Hotel formally appointed Mr. Clarence Ma as General Manager.

Mr. Clarence graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Master Degree. Throughout his career, Mr. Clarence has grown into a mature General Manager from a veteran Rooms function leader in the past two decades. He has been accelerating his career through exposure working in different cities including Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Zhoushan, Hefei and Hangzhou. Mr. Clarence joined Marriott in 2011 as Director of Rooms at Renaissance Beijing Chaoyang Hotel and was promoted to Resident Manager in 2012. In his most recent role, he was the General Manager of Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel, where he led the hotel to exceed guests’ expectations, focus on talents development and improve revenue.

Courtyard by Marriott Liuzhou Sanjiang officially announced that the appointment of Sugie Xu as Hotel Manager, who will be fully responsible for hotel sales, marketing and operations management.

Mr. Xu graduated from Anhui University majoring in business administration and has more than 15 years of experience in luxury brand hotel work and management. He started his career at Holiday Inn Hefei which is a good start that lays the foundation for future hotel journeys.

Mr. Xu has worked for InterContinental, Wyndham, Starwood, Marriott and other international hotel brands successively. Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Liuzhou Sanjiang, he poisoned as Marketing Director of InterContinental Hefei. With daily operations, he has his own unique insights and views. 近日，胡鋆（Angel Hu）正式任命为上海浦西万怡酒店总经理一职。

Angel Hu于2016年加入上海浦西万怡酒店就任市场销售总监一职，后调至运营部门担任酒店房务总监，全面负责酒店前厅部和客房部的日常运营，并主导QA项目。鉴于Angel的出色表现，她于2019年被提升为酒店运营总监，并被上海中建万怡酒店任命为代理总经理，协助上海中建万怡酒店转为特许经营管理酒店。在正式晋升之前，Angel自2021年8月起代理总经理一职，领导酒店收益最大化，制定商业计划并推动主要目标达到平衡计分卡分数。

Angel于2007年加入万豪集团开始她的职业生涯，她拥有超过15年丰富的酒店工作经验，在此期间先后担任酒店重要职位，积累了丰富的领导和管理能力。

Angel joined in Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central in 2016 as Director of Marketing and subsequently transferred to Operations Department as Director of Rooms, where she was fully in charge of FO & HSKP daily operations and took the lead in QA projects. Given her good performance, Angel was promoted to be Director of Operations in 2019 and was assigned as taskforce to support Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Hongqiao to transfer to Franchise management. Prior to the position, Angel has acted as GM role since August 2021, leading the hotel to maximize revenue, formulating business plan and driving key goals to achieve Balanced Score Card scores. 

Angel started her hospitality career with Marriott in 2007. In the following 15 years, she progressed through a succession of key positions, accumulating a wealth of leadership and management skills. 

We are happy to see Angel step into her first General Manager role and believe she will continue her professional journey to lead the hotel to steadily improve and create more brilliant achievements.

Recently, Ms. Vanessa Cai has been appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing in Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha. She is fully responsible for the Sales and Marketing development of the hotel and the daily operation management of the Department.

Ms. Vanessa Cai has over 15 years work experience of hospitality industry management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wanda Hotel & Resorts and Marriott International. She started her career at Sheraton Changsha in 2007, has more than 10 years work experience in revenue management in Sheraton Changsha, Wanda Vista Changsha. She is mainly responsible for distribution channel development, revenue management and budget formulation. In 2015, she joined Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha as Director of Revenue Management. In 2020, with her deep understanding and keen judgment of high-end business market in Changsha, Ms. Vanessa Cai was appointed as Director of sales and Acting Director of Sales & Marketing, leading the Sales & Marketing Department team and take full charge of the hotel brand operation, market competitiveness improvement and marketing strategy.

Ms. Vanessa Cai has always been committed to building an excellent, efficient, enterprising and innovative team. 沈阳康莱德酒店宣布任命郭飞先生为酒店行政总厨一职。郭飞先生在酒店行业拥有30年的烹饪管理经验，特长兼具中西饮食风格。在加入沈阳康莱德酒店之前，他曾在多个国际酒店品牌工作，也曾在希尔顿集团旗下奢华品牌，北京华尔道夫酒店担任行政总厨一职。

郭飞先生对美食和旅行有着强烈的热情。他对烹饪的热情起于对美食的追求和探索，在精进厨艺的道路上，郭飞先生从未止步。作为老北京人，郭飞先生对传统中餐有着近乎直觉的领悟，而为了加深对西餐的理解，郭飞先生更毅然旅居海外长达七年，终于找到了属于他自己的美食理念，并且在不断追求探索的过程中，锤炼出丰富的管理经验。可以说，时至今日，过硬的专业技术与团队管理能力，使郭飞先生如同历经磨砺得宝剑，锋芒毕露，光华尽显。

Conrad Shenyang is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Guo Fei as the hotel’s Executive Chef. Chef Kevin has more than 30 years culinary knowledge and management experience in the hotel industry. Prior to Conrad Shenyang, he served as Executive Chef at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. He has deep expertise in Chinese and Western food styles having worked for various luxury hospitality brands.

Chef Kevin has a passion for food and travel. His passion for cooking started from the pursuit and exploration of delicious food. Chef Kevin has never stopped on the road of improving his cooking skills. As an “old Beijinger”, Chef Kevin has an intuitive understanding of traditional Chinese food. In order to learn more about Western food, understand food influenced by different culture, Chef Kevin lived overseas for eight years, finally found his own food concept. As a result of his continuous pursuit and explorations in the culinary filed, he enriched his technical and managerial skills.
