近期，廖坤伟先生正式出任凯悦酒店集团旗下阿丽拉东湖武汉酒店总经理。拥有逾二十多年高端品牌酒店工作经验的廖先生，将凭借其专业的酒店知识及服务理念和扎实的筹备及运营功底，带领酒店掀开非同凡响的惊喜篇章——阿丽拉东湖武汉，预计将于2023年开业。廖坤伟先生出生于马来西亚，成长于新加坡，他被在旅行中认识新朋友和学习新文化的生活方式所吸引，而选择了从事酒店业。从墨尔本的拉筹伯大学毕业后，他又在工作期间获得了美国康奈尔大学酒店管理专业证书。目前，他正在攻读瑞士酒店管理学院MBA课程，并计划未来继续攻读博士学位。廖先生于新加坡开始酒店职业生涯，他先后在新加坡香格里拉、雅加达香格里拉酒店公寓、马尼拉马卡蒂香格里拉、迪拜商贸饭店和成都香格里拉担任了多个管理职务。2015年，他加入成都群光君悦酒店开启凯悦之旅，先后筹备开业长沙君悦酒店、兰州凯悦酒店，期间支援阿丽拉安吉担任代理总经理一职。对他而言，酒店并不意味着工作，而是一种生活方式，他始终秉承凯悦“我们关爱每一个人，让他们尽善尽美显真我”的品牌信念，像家人一般的对待客人与员工，使他深受客人的好评与员工的爱戴。在兰州凯悦酒店任职总经理期间，他成功带领酒店成为市场标杆，并刷新酒店最高业绩，获得社会各界、当地文旅局和宾客的高度认可与赞扬。廖坤伟先生表示：“感谢凯悦酒店集团及酒店业主公司一直以来的大力支持，我目前主要目标就是成功完成阿丽拉东湖武汉的盛大开业，带领团队将阿丽拉东湖武汉打造成为靓丽的城市旅游名片，致力于向阿丽拉的宾客创造充满新奇而惊喜的专属体验，并实现酒店利润最大化。我希望可以打造一种家庭式的工作氛围，并帮助我的团队成员实现其个人和职业的发展目标。”Mr. Clavin Leow has been appointed as the General Manager of Alila Donghu Wuhan. Mr. Leow, who has more than 20 years of working experience in high-end brand hotels, will lead the hotel to open an extraordinary chapter of surprises - Alila Donghu Wuhan, with his professional hotel knowledge, service concept, and operation skills.Mr. Clavin Leow was born on Penang Island off the northwestern coast of Malaysia and relocated to Singapore with his family at 18. He was drawn to the hospitality industry due to his desire to travel, meet new people and learn about new cultures. After graduating with a diploma in Hospitality Management from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2003, Mr. Leow commenced his hospitality career as a front office assistant at Resorts World Genting in Pahang, Malaysia. Over the next 12 years, he progressed in the front office, operations, rooms, and management roles at Shangri-La Hotel, Apartments and Residences in Singapore; Shangri-La Hotel and Residences in Jakarta; Makati Shangri-La, Manila; Traders Hotel Dubai; and Shangri-La Chengdu. During this period, he also attained a certificate in Hospitality Executive Management from Cornell University in New York. In 2015, Mr. Leow joined the Hyatt family as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Chengdu before moving to Grand Hyatt Changsha in 2017 as Hotel Manager. Two years later, he became Interim General Manager at Alila Anji in Zhejiang province before advancing to his inaugural General Manager role at Hyatt Regency Lanzhou in 2020. He is currently studying for an MBA from the Swiss Hotel Management School, after which he plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management.“Thanks for the tremendous support from Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the owner company. Prior to his appointment in Shanghai, Benjamine was the VP Operations of Jin Jiang Premier Hotels and General Manager of Hua Ting Hotel & Towers.Originally from Shanghai, Benjamin Ye started his hospitality career in Sheraton Hua Ting Shanghai in 1987 and have served stints in Ningbo, Changshu, Shenzhen and Indonisia. An experienced hotelier, having worked across a few brands such as Portman Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton, The St. Regis and Sheraton with 35 years of hotel experience, Benjamin possess in-depth knowledge of hotel management and has garnered immense knowledge in hotel guest experience and an appreciative understanding of local culture. In particularly, Benjamin managed the hotels under Starwood successfully both in terms of revenue performance and quality. Benjamin involved in several pre-opening projects including The Sheraton Ningbo, Four Points by Sheraton and Sharaton Fuzhou. Following that, Benjamin took part in the deflagging of the Four Points by Sheraton, Changshu and Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.Benjamin' management experience grew out of Front Office. Whereas a young staffer, Benjamin worked as a Receptionist, Reservation Clerk, Duty Manager and Director of Guest Service. Eventually, he moved into Rooms management and the General Manager role for more than ten years now.

合肥栢景朗廷酒店任命餐饮总监 胡建平先生
近日，合肥栢景朗廷酒店正式任命胡建平先生（Mr. Kyle Hu）为酒店餐饮总监，全面负责餐饮部门的运营及管理工作。
胡建平先生来自安徽，拥有超过13年的餐饮工作经验，曾先后服务于希尔顿集团、朗廷酒店集团、万豪国际集团旗下奢华品牌酒店，职业足迹跨越上海、深圳、青岛等多个城市。曾于2012年加入深圳东海朗廷酒店参与开业筹备，2014年起服务于上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店任餐饮管理岗位，随后于2021年作为餐饮副总监参与青岛瑞吉酒店筹开，负责餐饮运营管理工作，2022年加入海南莱佛士酒店担任餐饮总监直至此次履新。多年的奢华酒店工作经验使他在日常工作中注重奢华酒店服务理念及文化的传递，关注服务细节及宾客体验，以创新性的举措全面提升餐厅的美誉度与满意度，为酒店带来超额收益。

Mr. Kyle Hu comes from Anhui, has over 13 years’ working experiences, has been working in luxury hotels of Hilton Group, Langham Hospitality Group and Marriott International in China. He joined The Langham, Shenzhen as a member of pre-opening team in 2012, then served at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong from 2014 in an F&B management position. In 2021, he fully participated in the pre-opening of The St. Regis, Qingdao as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and was responsible for F&B operation management, then joined Raffles Hainan as Director of Food & Beverage until this role. With years of experience in luxury hotels, he focuses on the delivery of luxury hotels’ service concept and culture in his daily work, pays attention to service details and guest experience, and comprehensively improves the reputation and satisfaction of the restaurant with innovative initiatives to bring excess revenue to the hotel.
