近日，上海静安瑞吉酒店任命盖凡磊先生（Greg Findlay）为酒店总经理，负责上海静安瑞吉酒店总体运营管理。

盖凡磊先生来自新西兰，毕业于澳大利亚邦德大学。自1992年加入万豪国际集团起，他拥有超过三十年国际酒店管理经验，职业生涯横跨亚太地区7个国家 — 新西兰、澳大利亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、韩国、菲律宾及中国，曾供职于万豪国际集团旗下三家品牌：喜来登，威斯汀及W酒店，在提供卓越的服务和体验方面有着丰富的经验。作为一名资深的酒店管理者，他已拥有逾二十年总经理经验：2014年，他加入北京长安街W酒店开业筹备团队担任总经理，首次开启他的中国职业之旅，继而被调转到上海外滩威斯汀大饭店担任总经理。作为一名管理过多家业内一流酒店及圆满完成筹备开业的总经理，他的到来为上海静安瑞吉酒店注入全新活力。

The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Greg Findlay to the position of General Manager. He will be in charge of hotel’s overall operations and management.

Hailing from New Zealand, Greg graduated from Bond University in Australia. With over 30 years of hospitality industry experience in the gateway cities of New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Philippines and China, Greg has a proven track record in delivering service excellence for discerning clientele. Having first joined Marriott International in 1992, Greg served as General Manager for over 20 years with 3 iconic brands namely Sheraton, Westin and W across 7 countries in Asia Pacific. Greg is not new to China, he joined W Beijing Chang’an as pre-opening General Manager in 2014 and transferred to The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai in 2015. Having managed market leading hotels and opened 3 hotels successfully in his career, Greg brings a wealth of talent and experience to the team of The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan.

Recently, Marriott International appointed the Ms. Ruby Wang as the General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central.

In the past 18 years in hospitality industry, she constantly exceed herself and perfectly completed the role transition between the owner and hotel management. 孙杰先生拥有20逾年的国际酒店从业经验。2006年便于北京金融街威斯汀大酒店担任餐饮部领导者角色；随即凭借其出色的工作能力与杰出表现，在多个城市胜任餐饮总监及运营总监职位，如在深圳大梅沙京基喜来登酒店、珠海新骏景万豪酒店、北京海航大厦万豪酒店等；任职期间，孙先生带领团队实现了酒店生意持续增长，并在酒店业界树立了新标杆。孙先生加入北京新青海喜来登酒店前，曾担任万豪华北地区的运营总监，负责华北区域万豪国际旗下酒店的运营管理并取得了优异的市场业绩。

Mr. Sun commands a strong hospitality background, with over 20 years’ hotel management experience in the hospitality industry. From 2006, he already has been the department leader of Food & Beverage at The Westin Beijing Financial Street, throughout his tenure, he gained ample operation experience in different cities as the role of Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Operations, including at Sheraton Dameisha Resort Shenzhen, Zhuhai Marriott Hotel and Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast. Prior to join Sheraton Beijing Lize Hotel, Mr. Sun was the Area Director of Operations for North China where he successfully led the North China Operation Team to achieve excellent market performance and volume.

近日，武红女士被任命为上海张江海科雅乐轩酒店总经理。武红女士于1988年9月在西安古都新世界大酒店作为开业团队成员之一，开启了她在酒店行业的职业生涯，从那时起，她专注于人力资源的职业发展。

鉴于她的出色表现，于1997年10月担任人力资源总监一职。2002年1月加入万豪集团，就职于西安喜来登酒店以及上海威斯汀大饭店。2015年6月起担任上海威斯汀大饭店酒店经理。

武红女士拥有超过20年的酒店接待工作经验，她曾作为特派员在上海中建万怡酒店担任酒店总经理，相信武红女士能够带领团队取得更大的成就。

It is our great pleasure to announce the promotion of Carolyn Wu to General Manager of Aloft Shanghai Zhangjiang Haike Hotel. 

Carolyn started her career in the hospitality industry with Grand New World Hotel as one of the pre-opening team members in September 1988 and since then focused on her career development in the Human Resources discipline. Given her great performance, she took on the role of Director of Human Resources in October 1997. She joined Marriott in January 2002 with Sheraton Xi’an Hotel, and had served at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. Prior to taking on this new role, she was the Hotel Manager of The Westin Bund Center Shanghai since June 2015. 

Given her more than two decades of hospitality working experience and her previous successful Taskforce General Manager working experience at Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel, we are confident that Carolyn will be able to lead her team to achieve greater results.

近日，洲际酒店集团任命张家中（Allen Zhang）先生为西宁温泉假日酒店总经理，张家中先生将全面负责西宁温泉假日酒店的日常运营及管理工作。

Allen has over 17 years of hotel experience across China. He has worked in IHG Hotels & Resorts for many years, including InterContinental Changsha, Crowne Plaza Xuzhou Dalong Lake, Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Xiaolan, InterContinental Qingdao, etc. He started his hospitality industry in Rooms Division since September 2003 in Crowne Plaza Jinan.
