- Read given material and research industry-specific terminology and ensure the content conveys original meaning.
- Support all GPGS training materials translation, RMT rate offer translation and World of Hyatt Operation process translations.
- Support all GPGS system setup translations and system QRG translations.
- Work with Digital content team to provide support for Hyatt guest facing content update, ensure our digital content is on brand and adds value to existing and potential customers.
- Collect, analyze and present key strategies to improve translation process.
- Build and maintain Hyatt translation dictionary.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (included in all job descriptions).

- 1-2 years in GCC operations environment preferred
- 3-5 years hospitality industry or related field experience preferred
- Proven work experience as a Translator or similar role preferred
- College Degree,Bachelor Degree preferred
- Must be proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluency in at least English & Chinese
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling errors
- Good knowledge of content editing tools
- Organizational skills and able to multi task
- Ability to evaluate information, identify trends and set priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member or independently
- Additional certification in Linguistics is a plus
